~ Add your logo on our high quality 100% genuine full grain vegetable tanned leather patch.
~ Leather Patch Colors: Natural, Light Brown, Dark Brown, Black
~ Keep the back of the patch natural/unbacked or choose to add an heat activated adhesive (for heat pressing) backing, velcro backing or stitching holes punched around the border of the patch.
~ All patches are coated in a water-resistant top finish unless requested otherwise.
~ 4-5 oz full grain vegetable tanned leather.
HOW TO ORDER

1. Select leather patch color
2. Select patch shape and size from drop down menu. (If your patch doesn't meet our listed patch size options please reach out and we can make custom size patches) *Custom shape size will be made to match the widest or tallest dimension of your design.
3. Select border style option
4. Select patch backing from drop down menu.
5. Upload your logo file or enter the text you would like along with your font choice in the personalization section.
- If uploading a logo, a proof of your patch will be sent for your approval before we make it. Please allow for 1-3 business days to receive. For orders with personalized text we do not provide proofs unless requested. (LIMIT OF 3 PROOFS PER ORDER)
***PLEASE NOTE*** Your logo file needs to be in black and white/transparent with no shading png, jpg, pdf, or vector format. The text and images you want engraved should be black and the background white/transparent. These are laser engraved leather patches and full color logos are not possible. If your logo file does not meet our quality standards we will reach out to you for an alternative file of higher quality. We do offer custom logo design work for an additional fee. Due to the nature of this product natural imperfections in the leather is normal. If we do not hear back after sending a mock up within 5 business days, production will automatically be approved and begin.
~ Application: These can be applied by stitching with machine or by hand if choosing to add stitching holes added, with glue/leather cement or you can choose to get them with an adhesive backing and press them on using a heat press. The adhesive we apply to our leather patches is very strong and will create a permanent bond. This requires both heat and pressure for proper adhesion. Apply with a heat press at a temperature of 340° F with medium to light pressure for approx. 15-50 sec depending on the material thickness you are applying the patch to. For applying to flat surfaces, such as jackets or bags, you can get good adhesion with an iron from the back of the item with strong pressure. Full adhesiveness will be achieved after 48 hours!
Patch Care: Leather Patches should not be cleaned unless necessary. Use a soft brush or sponge with minimal to no water and little pressure. Not recommended for use in a washing machine.
